Roofing-Construction Project Manager

Rio Roofing, Inc., is a Texas corporation formed in 1986 for the purpose of constructing commercial and municipal roofs. We are qualified to install many types of materials including Modified Bitumens, EPDM's, CSPE's, PVC's and other singles plys, and are approved by many leading manufacturers. We are currently looking for an individual with a bachelor's degree to fill a full time entry level position. Duties - direct and oversee roofing projects from conception to completion, coordinate subcontractors and employees, prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables, bid on projects and obtain permits, communicate with responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client's needs and wants are efficiently met, review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget, supervise roofing projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed customer's requirements, work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the roofing process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
