RCH Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Enter and validate employee timesheets for payroll processing and labor tracking.
• Open and close work orders and job numbers in the ERP system to ensure accurate production tracking.
• Generate and distribute work packages for production teams.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of manufacturing documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of production activities and deadlines.
• Collaborate with shop floor supervisors and planners to ensure accurate job data and timely updates.
• Monitor and update job status in the system, escalating delays or discrepancies as needed.
• Support purchasing and inventory control.
• Coordinate communication between office staff and floor personnel to maintain operational alignment.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports and other administrative documents as requested.
Qualifications:
Education
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
Personal Background
1. Must pass a criminal background check.
2. Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
