About the Concept
Rio Izakaya will be a modern fine-dining Japanese restaurant showcasing:
- Authentic Yakitori grilled over Japanese Binchotan
- A premium sushi & sashimi program featuring dry-aged fish
- Creative hot & cold dishes
- Full cocktail bar

Must-Have Qualifications
- Hosting Experience in a high-demand, full-service restaurant
- Greeting guest with professionalism in a timely manor
- Manage Reservations on a Handheld with strong communication skills
- Maintain the pace of reservations, seating flow, and wait times with guest
- Understanding of hospitality, guest relations, and service standards
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and ability to multi task
- Calm under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Fluent in English (other languages welcome)
