What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to an interdisciplinary care team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
- Oversee budgets, quality goals, and daily operations
- Build trust and open communication with residents, families, and staff
- Encourage professional development and collaboration throughout the facility
- Current or eligible Colorado Nursing Home Administrator License
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Integrity, compassion, and a desire to grow in the healthcare field
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and staff
