Rio Grande Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse. If you're passionate about providing exceptional resident care while leading and supporting a dedicated nursing team, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Rotating weekends
  
  
  

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents during your shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality resident care.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
