- Perform other duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment
- Experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a related field (NCCAP certification a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A creative, energetic, and caring personality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a long-term care setting
