Orthodontic Assistant – Taos, NM (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our Taos office.
Schedule
- One Friday per month
- Two Thursdays per month

Job Overview
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients feel valued, comfortable, and confident while receiving excellent orthodontic care. If you enjoy working with people and take pride in helping others, this position is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure each patient feels important and well cared for
- Change wires and brackets
- Accurately document patient notes in charts
- Provide oral hygiene instructions
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical equipment
Skills & Qualifications
- Good finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No prior orthodontic experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate
Compensation
- $14–$19 per hour, depending on experience
- Part-time position
