Required Materials to Apply: 1. Resume 2. Two Letters of Recommendation (dated within 18 months preferred) A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and in addition, any combination equivalent to one or more of the following: 1. Two years of college-level coursework in health, nutrition, culinary arts, agriculture and/or related field and two years of experience in Nutritional Science, Child Nutrition, Food Service Operations, Farm to School, and/or Agriculture. 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Agriculture, Public Health, Education, Environmental Studies, or related field. 3. Experience in agricultural and nutrition education/teaching in the classroom; some experience in community nutrition, public health, or garden/farm programming for children. 4. Career & Technical Education (CTE) Credential (CTE) in Agriculture, Culinary Arts, Health or related field, or the ability to acquire a CTE Preliminary Credential. Requirements for a CTE credential include: 3 years full-time (3000 hours) of work/field experience in the CTE Industry Sector is a plus, but not required.
