Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining a nice, clean and comfortable experience for our members and guests.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receive and follow facilities schedule/instructions from your supervisor/director as outlined in our facilities checklist binder.
- Build relationships with members by providing them with excellent customer service.
- Ensure that tasks don’t interfere with member experience.
- Collect, wash and stock member towels.
- Clean, stock and tidy Men's locker room throughout shift.
- Support and enforce all club rules and regulations as a staff team member.
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants. Restock supplies as needed.
- Deep clean, locker room showers, sanitize toilet seats, bowls, and urinals.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Custodial experience preferred.
- Member service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule:
- Various shifts to include WEEKENDS
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Lifting and carrying 25 - 50 lbs throughout your shift.
- Capability to move wheeled carts or vacuums requiring up to 50 lbs of force throughout your shift.
- Ability to reach and grab: mops and broom, plus other tools throughout your shift.
- Frequent standing, walking, crouching, kneeling, twisting, and stooping for extended periods.
- Ability to work in varying indoor/outdoor temperatures, endure exposure to cleaning agents/dust, and stand on hard surfaces.
- Work on club properties may be performed near moving, mechanical parts. The noise level is usually moderate to high at club properties.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
