Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Recruiter to join our team in Ogden, Utah. This role is critical to the success of our clinical trials and focuses on identifying, screening, and enrolling qualified patients while providing an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, screen, and recruit potential participants for clinical trials
· Conduct phone pre-screenings to assess study eligibility
· Educate potential participants about study requirements, procedures, and expectations
· Coordinate with clinical staff to schedule screening and enrollment visits
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in clinical trial systems
· Track recruitment metrics and meet enrollment goals
· Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and HIPAA requirements
· Provide a positive, professional experience for all study participants
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
· Previous experience in patient recruitment, healthcare, call center, sales, or customer service preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
· Comfortable discussing medical information with patients in a professional manner
· Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
· Prior clinical research experience is a plus but not required

Work Location
This position is on-site at our Ogden, Utah location.
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
