What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Manager position at Rinvio?
Rinvio is hiring a Quality Manager for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.
Pay: $95.00 - $125.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.
Schedule: 50 hours/week expected.
Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.
What you will do:
- Own or support quality program leadership, ITPs, inspections, NCRs, punch, documentation, and turnover readiness.
- Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
- Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
- Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
- Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with inspections, ITPs, punch, NCRs, test packages, turnover documentation, and field quality checks
- Able to document deficiencies clearly and follow issues through corrective action and closeout
- Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
- Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
- Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
