Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret laboratory results.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV infusions as required.
- Provide acute pain management and perform procedures such as suturing and catheterization.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in critical care, geriatrics, pediatrics, and outpatient settings.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Stay current with medical terminology, coding (ICD-9, ICD-10), and EMR/EHR systems.
Skills
**Requirements for the Job:**
1. **Certification:** You must be a Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. We cannot accept Physician Assistants or other types of Nurse Practitioners.
2. **Education:** You need to have at least a Master’s Degree.
3. **License:** You must have an active license to work in Missouri, or be willing to get one.
4. **DEA Registration:** You must get a DEA registration before starting the job.
5. **CSR/CDS Registration:** You also need to get a CSR/CDS registration before starting the job.
