Our client is seeking a New York Commercial Closing Coordinator/Title Officer to support commercial real estate transactions. This role requires hands-on experience managing closings from contract through completion, including clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate transactions
- Coordinate all aspects of the closing process, including clearance, with assistance, as needed, from underwriting counsel
- Work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely execution
- Handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Experience preparing pro forma policies and high-liability requests
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines
Qualifications
- Direct experience working with commercial title files
- Proven ability to manage files
- Experience with clearance required
- Excellent communication skills
- Coordinate with outside vendor partners who conduct searches and prepare commitments, as well as record
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple files and ensure all deadlines are met
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Additional Information
This is a hybrid position.
Base salary $75,000 to $100,000 , DOE
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
