Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial ERP systems
• Collaborate with executives, financial leaders, and technology teams to align solutions with business objectives
• Support implementation and optimization of ERP platforms such as D365, SAP, Infor, or Oracle NetSuite
• Translate complex financial processes into clear technical specifications
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder communications

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems (D365, SAP, Infor, or Oracle NetSuite)
• Background in accounting and finance OR an Accounting/Finance degree
• Proven ability to work with executives and senior leadership teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
