We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Accountant to help manage RingoFire’s day-to-day financial operations. You’ll own key accounting activities including A/P, A/R, billing, reconciliations, payroll support, and month-end close while partnering closely with the CFO and teams across the organization.

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including A/P, A/R, billing, reconciliations, and payroll support.
• Support month-end and year-end close, journal entries, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Manage vendor payments, employee expenses, credit card activity, client billing, and collections.
• Partner with the CFO and internal teams to strengthen financial processes, controls, reporting, and overall efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience with strong knowledge of A/P, A/R, and accrual accounting.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, BILL, payroll, or agency/media billing is a plus.
