Role Description This is a full-time role. The Case Manager will support consultants and clients throughout the settlement planning process by gathering case information, reviewing documentation, and maintaining accurate case files and databases. This role will coordinate communications among injured individuals, attorneys, insurance professionals, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and clear documentation of all case activities. The Case Manager will prepare and organize proposals, reports, and settlement plan materials, and assist with scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments. The position also involves tracking case timelines, monitoring required actions and deadlines, and supporting process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in client service and case coordination, including maintaining detailed case files and supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with injured individuals, attorneys, and insurance professionals.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and case management or CRM systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information, documentation, and data entry.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Prior experience in legal, insurance, healthcare, or settlement-related fields is beneficial.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as business, legal studies, social services, or a similar discipline) preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
