RingLeader is revolutionizing communications-as-a-service. We are an established provider seeking great candidates to be a key part of our sales pod providing sales lead generation toward hunting for b2b, b2c and wholesale customer acquisition.
If you live and breathe sales, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile sales person who will be responsible for the growth of our outbound sales channels. The Sales Analyst responsibilities include executing outbound marketing campaigns, managing individual campaigns and ensuring that we work to qualify suspects to become prospects for our CaaS services. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho Marketing and be able to turn suspects into prospects through telephone email, web and social media tools. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through executing a wide range of online and offline sales approaches to qualify suspects into prospects - and then work with your cross-functional pod team members to convert to happy customers for our communications based services.

Responsibilities
- Execute strategies and tactics to get "literally" the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager work closely with our in-house marketing team and outside marketing consultants to report on progress
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Be the frontline team member executing a variety of approaches to qualify leads and help get them to an Account Executive and Sales Engineer for executing a consultative selling process
- Maintain our CRM system to keep our pipeline accurate and be willing to make sure hand-offs are efficient
- Build great working relationships with fellow pod team members since this role is the pointy tip of the spear with how we expand our business
- Assist with the marketing budget to help the marketing team maintain valuable investments in assessing what works
- Contribute to the production of marketing material, from website banners, social media ads, to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Contribute to a roundtable to assess consumer behavior and help the team adjust email, telesales, web, social media and advertising campaigns accordingly
Skills
- Demonstrable experience in telemarketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Excellent written communications and the ability to listen to what suspects / prospects are saying
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Mail-chimp, Zoho Marketing, SalesIQ, Inter-seller, Blogging, SEO experience a plus
- Associates degree in Business / Marketing or related field a big plus
