Early Childhood Education Teacher (CTAE)
Location: Ringgold High School, Ringgold, Georgia
Position Summary
Ringgold High School is seeking a qualified and motivated Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our Career, Technology, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) Department. This position teaches high school students in grades 9–12 who are enrolled in the Early Childhood Education pathway. Students in these courses explore careers in education and child development while developing the knowledge and skills needed to work with young children and pursue postsecondary opportunities in teaching, early childhood education, and related fields.
The teacher will also serve as the advisor for the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) student organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Eligible for a Georgia Teaching Certificate with a concentration in Computer Education or a Georgia Professional Standards Commission (PSC)-approved equivalent certification area.
- Ability to meet all requirements established by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission for CTAE certification.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, staff, and community stakeholders.
