Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling mechanical components and ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy. Candidates with hands-on assembly experience and mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply. Training may be provided for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow.
What You Will Contribute:
- Assemble components and products according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Use basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, drills) safely and effectively
- Perform measurements using tools such as calipers, tape measures, and micrometers to ensure accuracy and quality
- Inspect assembled parts for defects and verify they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals

Qualifications and Competencies:
- Mechanical aptitude; hands-on assembly experience is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
