Make a Difference

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure that our products are prepared accurately, carefully, and efficiently for shipment to our customers. You will support the day-to-day shipping process, from picking and packing to labeling, quality checks, and handoff to our shipping carriers.

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure that every package leaves our facility according to RINGANA's standards.

Scope/Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and ship products according to packaging guidelines.

• Store goods, assist with inventory activities, and handle returns.

• Sort and prepare packages for pickup by shipping carriers.

• Review delivery documentation and process product returns.

• Prepare products for shipment, including completing final packaging or rework as needed.

• Document packaging issues and sort products that do not meet RINGANA quality standards.

• Conduct quality control checks and daily package inspections.

• Assist with shipping-related phone calls and order issues, including special cases and problem resolution.

• Arrange, clean, and maintain goods and work areas.

• Perform various tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Profile

• Previous experience in shipping, packing, warehouse operations, or a similar operational environment preferred.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar applications.

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.

• Willingness and ability to work the assigned shift schedule and adapt to changing schedules, shifts, and operational needs as the business grows.

• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed to support operational and business requirements.

• High level of accuracy, diligence, and reliability.

• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail.

• Team-oriented mindset, resilience, and flexibility.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar applications.

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, approximately 75% of the workday.

• Frequent repetitive movements associated with picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments.

• Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.

• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the shift.

Salary:

• $17.00 - $19.00

This is a 100% on-site role based at the physical office location. Remote work is not an option, and remote candidates will not be considered for this position. Please note that relocation assistance is not offered or provided, so candidates must already live in the local commuting area or be able to move independently at their own expense.
