You will own the marketing strategy for the Ring SMB portfolio and create integrated marketing plans across product marketing, demand generation, and creative functions. You will also lead the go-to-market strategy for innovative, new-to-world product launches. You will deliver results towards impactful business goals and serve as a trusted leader in our organization.

You'll collaborate with global teams across product, sales, PR and external partners to drive impactful marketing initiatives. You'll play a key role in the org's marketing leadership and have influence in the overall business direction.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $274,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - 10 years experience in marketing leadership, including product marketing, demand generation and growth
- Experience launching new products and creating new categories
- Experience in B2C and B2B products
- Experience managing teams
- Experience tracking and measuring quantitative marketing results to drive business outcomes
- Experience communicating marketing results to senior business leadership
- MBA in marketing or similar
- 5 years experience leading marketing/go-to-market strategy for both hardware and software
- 3 years experience managing external agencies and paid media
- 3 years experience in global roles
