Job Title : International Freight Operations – Full Time
Full time : 40 hours per week, MON – FRI, 09:00am – 5:30pm
We are looking for a high energy, positive individual with an eye for detail, to join our International Freight Operations team. Working with well-established team facilitating the importation of cargo in a timely accurate manner. Coordinating the smooth cargo release based on established criteria and system.
Why you’ll be doing:
・ Data entry, record keeping, and processing of Air and Ocean import and export shipments documentation; including AWB’s, BOL’s, Insurance Certificates, Routing Alerts and Pre-Alerts etc.
・ Primary communication link with customers relative to tracking/tracing shipments.
Required experience for this position :
・ 1-3 years of International freight forwarder experience. Or,
International logistics experience at a shipper or importer.
Preferred experience/ability for this position:
・ Effective planning/organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to set priorities; attention to detail.
・ Works well under pressure; must be flexible and open to changing priorities and multiple projects.
・ Good computer/data entry skills, strong familiarity with Gmail.
・ Ability to take initiative independently
・ Ability to learn spontaneously for improving work performance.
・ Ability to organize working environment efficiently.
Salary : $45,000 - $48,000
