Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territorial sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and build relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners within the territory.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the territory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and participate in trade shows and industry events.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Work closely with other departments, including engineering and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in territory sales management, preferably in the construction or heavy equipment industry or relevant experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales territory.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the vacuum excavator industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
