Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Manage timelines, budgets and performance of all projects at the plant level
- Partner with Plant Management, and Corporate Project Managers to ensure plant projects are consistent with company directions, goals, new equipment, and time lines
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Monitor, manage and communicate quality, cost and timing elements of assigned projects
- Ensure continuous improvement of operations and processes
- Create and ensure AFE justification commitments are fulfilled
- Responsible for written and verbal communications, along with keeping a very organized work and documentation flow process
- Assist with machine installations/upgrades/enhancements as needed
- Associates degree in Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical or certification in a similar technical area (preferred), High School Diploma (required)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of SPC, plastics, electrical, electronic hydraulics, mechanical and pneumatic functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project managing skills
- Must have ability to read blueprints and be able to use precision measuring/inspection equipment
