CUSTODIAN
The Custodian reports to and is evaluated by the General Manager
The Custodian position’s primary function is to perform the core essential cleaning duties of the marketplace. This could be a perfect job for someone that is retired and wants to get a few hours a week to help supplement your income. The position requires flexibility in hours and in the assignment directed by the General Manager. The Custodian essential duties and responsibilities is to perform routine custodial cleaning. The typical duties performed are cleaning, dusting, sweeping, washing windows, sweeping walks, removing snow and ice, emptying wastebaskets and removing trash. The Custodian cleans spills and spots in retail area.
BATHROOMS - The Custodian cleans and sanitizes restroom areas, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, walls and floors. Along with washes and disinfects all toilets.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
