Rincon Broadcasting is seeking a high-impact Station Manager/ Director of Sales to lead its Milwaukee CW and MyNetwork television properties. This role is designed for a proven sales-driven leader who thrives on developing elite talent, accelerating revenue growth, and building high-performing operational teams.
This is not a desk job. The ideal candidate is visible, engaged, and relentlessly focused on expanding market share, strengthening client relationships, and building a scalable, future-ready sales organization.
Position Overview
The Station Manager/DOS will have full responsibility for the financial performance, sales strategy, operational oversight, and personnel leadership of Rincon’s Milwaukee CW and MyNetwork stations, including oversight of a critical Master Control Hub.
This executive will drive revenue across linear, digital, OTT, and emerging platforms while cultivating a performance culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Growth
- Lead all revenue strategy across linear, digital, OTT, and non-traditional platforms
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization
- Drive new business development and major account growth
- Implement data-driven sales tools
- Establish clear pipelines, targets, and accountability
Operations & Financial Management
- Own station P&L and budget performance
- Manage physical, technical, and Master Control operations
- Ensure FCC compliance and risk management
- Maintain cost discipline and operational efficiency
Leadership & Talent Development
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales and management talent
- Set performance standards and culture of accountability
- Lead and align department heads around growth goals
Market & Client Leadership
- Represent the stations in the Milwaukee business community
- Build long-term advertiser and agency relationships
- Strengthen station brand and market presence
Core Qualifications
- 5 years senior leadership in broadcast/digital media
- Proven record of revenue growth
- Strong TV and digital sales background
- Experience managing budgets and teams
- Advanced digital and emerging tech knowledge
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
