Are you an Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or delivery driver tired of racing the clock? Rinaldi Brothers is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our field team.
This is more than a delivery job.
You'll deliver materials to our construction sites, keep jobs organized and clean, communicate with our crews and customers, and work closely with our Project Managers to make sure each site is taken care of from start to finish.
What you'll do:
- Build/pick materials for orders to be delivered
- Pick up and deliver materials from suppliers and our warehouse
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Check in with crews and flag concerns to the Project Manager
- Help with final cleanup and project closeout
- Be the Rinaldi Brothers presence on the job site
You won't be a supervisor or Project Manager. You'll be the person who makes sure things happen in the field and nothing gets overlooked. Your advancement opportunities are Field Project Manager and Senior Project Manager positions.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and a safe driver
- Comfortable working outside.
- This is a physical, hands-on role. You must be able to lift and carry materials up to 75 lbs, such as shingle bundles, siding, and lumber, and to load and unload them from a vehicle.
- Good with people and comfortable using a smartphone
- Organized and detail-oriented
Construction experience is a plus, but NOT required. If you've been successful delivering for Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or another delivery company, you may already have exactly the skills we're looking for.

About the Role
We're looking for a dependable, hands-on person to support our Project Managers and field crews. You'll deliver materials, keep job sites organized and clean, serve as a professional company presence with crews and homeowners, and help close out projects the right way.
This is a field support role, not a management or supervisory position.
What You'll Do
- This is a physical, hands-on role. You must be able to lift and carry materials up to 75 lbs, such as shingle bundles, siding, and lumber, and to load and unload them from a vehicle.
- Pick up materials from suppliers and our warehouse, and deliver them safely to job sites
- Verify that deliveries are correct and staged properly
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Check in with subcontractor crews and relay questions or concerns to the Project Manager
- Interact professionally with homeowners and pass along any concerns right away
- Support closeout: debris cleaned up, excess materials removed, dumpster and vendor pickups confirmed
What This Role Is Not
You won't manage crews, direct the work, approve change orders, or negotiate pricing. The Project Manager owns the project; you help keep it on track in the field.
Who We're Looking For
Experience as a delivery driver (Amazon, UPS, FedEx), courier, warehouse associate, laborer, or landscaper is a great fit. Construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Able to lift materials and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and comfortable using a smartphone
