Construction Field Project Manager

Rinaldi Roofing, a top-rated roofing and home exterior company, is looking for a Field Project Manager to join our production team. This is an active role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee residential and light commercial roofing/siding/window/door/deck projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with the pre-construction team to review specifications, material orders, schedule crews, deliveries, and inspections
• Perform site visits before, during, and after jobs to ensure top-notch execution
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and crew leads
• Manage punch lists, change orders, and real-time problem-solving
• Maintain safety standards, job quality, cleanliness, and timelines
• Document job progress, issues, and completions using digital tools
• Ensure every project meets Rinaldi Roofing’s high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Have 3 years of experience in roofing/exterior construction project management
• Are comfortable on roofs and job sites — not just behind a desk
• Have a strong understanding of roofing and exterior building systems
• Can communicate clearly and confidently with both crews and customers
• Thrive in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment
• Are tech-savvy (CRM, project management tools, photo documentation, etc.)
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Are bilingual in Spanish — a plus, but not required
