Renewable Project Construction Supervision

Rina is currently looking for Supervisors in different disciplines, for a Renewable (PV) Energy Facility Construction Project.

Duration of the project is 2 years

Location: Texas

Positions required for construction supervision are the following:

• Construction Manager & PV Construction Supervisor
  
  

The Construction Manager will be responsible for meeting the contractual requirements in terms of deadlines, safety and quality on site

He will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the interface with the project team of the Client on site.
• Management of OE local resources.
• Hold meetings on site.
• Validation of the Construction Milestones completion by EPC Contractor.
• Review and comment on all claims issued by the EPC Contractor if any.
• Follow-up of the punch list.
• Construction monitoring management.
• Coordination with Contractors for plant commissioning
• Civil & Mechanical Construction Supervisor
  
  
During earthworks, foundations, fencing, drainage system and mechanical works:

• Construction monitoring, and assistance in supervision of the civil and mechanical works under the responsibility of the EPC Contractor.
• Support to the Project Manager for the validation of milestones completion, claims, invoice validation and monthly reports.
• Non-conformity issuance and follow up.
• Follow-up of the punch list.
• Electrical Construction Supervisor
  
  
During electrical works: cabling, electrical connection and installation of electrical components:

• Construction monitoring, and assistance in supervision of the electrical works under the responsibility of the EPC Contractor.
• Support to the Project Manager for the validation of milestones completion, claims, invoice validation and monthly reports.
• Non-conformity issuance and follow up.
• Follow-up of the punch list
• SCADA Supervisor
• Field Inspection and Verification
• Equipment Installation Verification
• Wiring and Cabling Checks
• Network Infrastructure Inspection
• Engineering Review and Validation
• Design Documentation Review
• Signal Database Validation
• Alarm and Event Configuration Review
• Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Adherence to Standards
• Documentation and Reporting
• Support and Coordination

Requirements:

Experience with EPC and renewable construction project is considered a plus.
