We are hiring a Retail Store Associate to manage daily operations at our retail location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a passion for outdoor living, and wants to earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission based on sales.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the retail store according to schedule
- Greet customers, provide expert product recommendations, and deliver outstanding service
- Sell pool chemicals, supplies, hot tubs, parts, and accessories
- Process sales transactions, handle cash/credit, and maintain accurate records
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer questions about pool/hot tub care
- Help with light merchandising, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
