Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through coaching, training, and performance management
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on high-end automotive or retail markets
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through closing, utilizing CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure deals that maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels for retail and high-end sales channels
- Build strong relationships with B2B partners and corporate clients through outbound sales efforts, cold calling, and public speaking engagements
- Support the sales team with effective communication skills training, phone etiquette coaching, and customer service excellence
- Implement upselling techniques to increase revenue per customer while maintaining a positive buying experience
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones by leveraging digital campaigns and community outreach
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory using CRM systems for accurate reporting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management within the automotive or retail industry, with a focus on outside sales and B2B transactions
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in a competitive environment
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software, inventory control systems, and retail math for accurate analysis and planning
- Exceptional communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements and client negotiations
- Experience in dealership or automotive sales is preferred; familiarity with inventory management is a plus
