Summary
Key responsibilities
· Build and maintain schedules for bid, preconstruction, and active construction phases
· Keep schedules current — incorporating updates, delays, and scope changes as they happen
· Produce schedule reports and updates for project teams and leadership on a regular basis
· Coordinate with field ops, project management, and estimating to ensure schedules reflect real conditions
· Maintain organized schedule archives and planning documentation throughout each project
· Help project teams get more out of scheduling tools — P6 support, training, and best practices
Requirements
· 5 years of construction scheduling experience with a solid grasp of CPM methodology
· Working knowledge of Primavera P6 - comfortable building and managing schedules independently
· Familiarity with construction processes (RFIs, submittals, procurement)
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
· Clear communicator, able to translate schedule info for both field and office audiences
· Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
