This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work and a path for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and contracts.Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Coordinate material procurement, long-lead items, and phasing plans.Conduct OAC meetings and maintain consistent communication with architects, owners, and consultants.Support field teams by addressing design issues, resolving conflicts, and maintaining jobsite logistics.Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and billing packages.Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation.Ensure safety protocols and compliance across all active jobsites.Qualifications5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.Background managing retail, grocery, TI, office, hospitality, or similar commercial builds.Experience handling budgets, sequencing, subcontractor buyout, and project documentation.Ability to read drawings, specifications, and commercial construction scopes.Strong communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.Ability to travel to active jobsites as needed.Compensation BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOBonus potential tied to performanceVehicle allowance and company technology package (phone, laptop, tablet)
