SummaryWe are representing a commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HCAI/OSHPD healthcare projects or commercial ground-up and renovation work. This role is ideal for a detail-driven project leader who can manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and coordination in active healthcare environments or fast-paced commercial settings. The ideal candidate understands compliance requirements, communicates clearly with owners and design teams, and can lead field and office teams from preconstruction through closeout.Key Responsibilities• Manage healthcare (HCAI/OSHPD) or commercial construction projects from start to finish• Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, hospital facility teams, and subcontractors• Maintain project schedules and budgets; identify risks and implement corrective actions• Oversee subcontractor performance, contract compliance, and jobsite safety requirements• Ensure ICRA, ILSM, and healthcare compliance procedures are followed when applicable• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reports• Lead OAC and coordination meetings with owners and design professionals• Manage billing, forecasting, and cost tracking with accounting support• Mentor project engineers, superintendents, and field staff• Oversee closeout including punch lists, training, and final documentationQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare (HCAI/OSHPD) or commercial construction• Strong understanding of HCAI/OSHPD requirements, ICRA protocols, and hospital construction workflows• Experience managing hospital, clinic, medical office, commercial ground-up, or renovation projects• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and compliance requirements• Proficient in project management platforms such as Procore and Bluebeam• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities• Healthcare construction training or certification (preferred but not required)Compensation Benefits• Competitive salary based on experience• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) with company match• Paid holidays and PTO• Vehicle allowance or company vehicle (depending on experience)• Long-term growth opportunities in healthcare or commercial construction
