Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, needs, and goals to provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews and develop strategic plans to grow account revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, keeping them informed about order status, product updates, and company news
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services
- Implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize loyalty
- Order Management:
- Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping departments to meet delivery deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential stock issues to relevant teams
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns according to company policies
- Generate and distribute order-related reports to internal stakeholders
- Manufacturing Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing processes, capabilities, and limitations
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding product specifications, customization options, and production timelines
- Collaborate with the production team to address client-specific requirements and ensure feasibility
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in manufacturing
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer insights and market feedback
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
- Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations as needed
