Lead Maintenance Technician (HVAC certified): $1,000 Signing Bonus - 50 Unit Community located in New Braunfels, TX

- Signing Bonus: $1,000 - paid in two installments: $500 after six months of positive employment and $500 after twelve months
- Requirements: Prior experience as a lead or assistant lead in apartment maintenance, HVAC certification, and strong knowledge of pools (certification preferred but not required).
Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a lead or assistant in the multifamily industry, ac certification, electrical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
