An established multifamily company is seeking an experienced part-time Community Manager for a well-maintained 50-unit community in New Braunfels.
Scheduled hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (25 hours per week), plus first Saturday of each month 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
We're looking for:
- Multifamily management experience
- Experience with rent collections and delinquency follow-up
- Leasing and marketing ability
- Strong organizational, time-management and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of property management software (Yardi preferred; comparable platforms considered)
