Available position for a part-time experienced multifamily Community Manager at a 50-unit community. Competitive compensation, onsite housing discount available, opportunities to advance and more. Excellent communication and collection skills along with a good working knowledge of Yardi. Scheduled hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. M-F (some weekends during collection period). Rate range to $25 per hour plus Commissions and bonuses. 40% on-site housing discount.
