We are looking for a proven restaurant operator—not someone who manages from the office.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a hands-on Managing Partner who can take ownership of a high-volume casual dining restaurant, command the floor, develop strong teams, drive sales, and deliver profitable results.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

• Complete day-to-day restaurant operations

• Sales growth, profitability, and financial performance

• Restaurant P&L, labor management, and food-cost control

• Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams

• Coaching managers and building future leaders

• Food quality, cleanliness, service, and operational execution

• Local-store marketing and community partnerships

• Serving as the face of the restaurant in Birmingham

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience as a Managing Partner, Operating Partner, Owner/Operator, Market Partner, or successful high-volume General Manager

• Strong casual dining, sports bar, or full-service restaurant background

• Proven success driving sales and improving profitability

• Strong command of restaurant financials and P&L management

• High-energy, hands-on leadership with a commanding floor presence

• Demonstrated success recruiting and developing managers

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a true ownership mentality
