Financial Reporting Manager (SEC Reporting)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to lead our external financial reporting processes, with a strong emphasis on SEC reporting and compliance. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent financial disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file SEC reports including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required filings
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal accounting policies
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Lead the preparation of financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Monitor and interpret new accounting standards and SEC guidance; assess impact and implement changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Investor Relations, and FP&A
• Support earnings release process and related financial presentations
• Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
• Assist with technical accounting research and memos on complex transactions
• Manage reporting timelines and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4 years of relevant experience, including SEC reporting and public company experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and SOX compliance
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Big 4 public accounting background or experience in a publicly traded company
• Exposure to M&A, equity transactions, or other complex financial instruments
• CPA is preferred but not required
