About the Role
We're looking for a new Team Member to help package soups, operate small-scale machinery, and assist in our shipping and receiving department. You’ll be part of a small production team where your attention to detail and steady pace will help us deliver top-quality products.

What You’ll Do:
- Package soups by hand with accuracy and care
- Operate small-scale food production equipment (e.g., weigh scales, mixers, sealers)
- Assist with shipping and receiving orders
- Keep track of ingredients and lot numbers for traceability
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow written procedures closely and consistently
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (bags of beans, boxes of vegetables, etc.)
- Comfortable sitting or standing for 2 hours at a time
- Willingness to follow procedures 100% of the time
- Must complete a brief skills assessment before the interview
