Responsibilities
- Guide customers through financing and leasing options with confidence and transparency.
- Present finance and protection products that fit each customer's needs and budget.
- Structure, submit, and finalize vehicle financing through lender partners.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver an outstanding buying experience from start to finish.
- Consistently achieve finance, product, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Finance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and vehicle protection products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
