Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools to ensure seamless service during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste efficiently
- Support food preparation tasks such as prepping ingredients for cocktails or light snacks in accordance with health standards
- Buss tables and clear empty dishes promptly to uphold a tidy and inviting atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations across all tasks in the food industry setting
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a lively bar and Grill environment
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments such as restaurants, hotels, or nightclubs
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards in high-volume settings
- Experience with food preparation, food handling, and basic kitchen tasks
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or banquet halls
- Previous bartending support or barista experience is a plus but not required
