What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Paralegal position at Riley Law, LLC?
Growing criminal and personal injury law practice seeking to bring on an experienced paralegal to manage personal injury files and support attorney while on trial. Hours will vary from week to week. This is not a full time gig - it will start with a few hours a week and expand over time.
This is not a giant, stiff, law firm. I can be fairly flexible, provided the work is getting done, and getting done well. Work from home – make your own hours. Candidate must reside locally and be able to meet with me and clients from time to time.
Ideal candidate will know how to manage personal injury files, including: building medical files, corresponding with insurance carriers, managing liens, drafting pleadings, demands and settlement statements.
Experience with Clio software is preferable. Spanish is a plus.
Pay will be hourly and commensurate with experience.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
