Role Description The Landscaping Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in La Grange, NC, responsible for overseeing daily landscaping and lawn maintenance operations. This role includes planning and scheduling crews, assigning tasks, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. The Landscaping Manager will supervise team members in the field, provide hands-on support with lawn care, hardscaping, and property maintenance, and ensure the proper use and upkeep of equipment and materials. The role also involves communicating with clients, assessing job sites, preparing estimates, and resolving any service issues in a professional and timely manner. The Landscaping Manager will collaborate with leadership to improve processes, uphold safety protocols, and support the growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Landscape management skills, including experience with lawn care, hardscaping, and property maintenance operations.
- Strong team leadership and supervision abilities, with experience training and guiding crew members in the field.
- Knowledge of landscape equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting for tools and machinery.
- Project planning and organizational skills, including scheduling, workload prioritization, and time management.
- Customer service and communication skills for interacting with clients, resolving concerns, and representing the company professionally.
- Understanding of safety practices and regulations related to outdoor work, equipment use, and job site conditions.
