Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic dependable individual to oversee our landscaping equipment shop. This pivotal role combines hands-on preventative maintenance tasks as well as tracking equipment. As a key leader on the shop floor, you will coordinate a team of technicians, manage workflow, and uphold quality control while fostering a positive and productive work environment inventory. Your technical proficiency and organizational skills, along with your ability to hold the the teams accountable are required.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks and follow PM schedules.
- Track all equipment, to include equipment that is in service, out for repair, or non-repairable.
- Control equipment and maintenance costs.
- Maintain clean and organized shop
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
