Wash Bay Attendant

Riley Industrial Services is currently hiring a Wash Bay Attendant. As a wash bay attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining vehicles to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Vehicle Cleaning: Thoroughly wash, dry, and detail cars, trucks, and other vehicles using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions.
• Equipment Operation: Operate wash bay machinery, including power sprayers and hand brushes, to clean the exterior and interior of vehicles.
• Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain wash bay equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. This includes cleaning tools and replenishing cleaning supplies.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Record Keeping: Complete wash bay logs and conduct daily inspections of vehicles, reporting any faults to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail to ensure vehicles are cleaned to high standards.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), and perform physical tasks such as bending and kneeling.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, coordinating with other staff members for efficient workflow.
