We are seeking an experienced Tire Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing and repairing over-the-road (OTR) truck tires and be committed to providing safe and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, replace, and maintain over-the-road truck tires.
- Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs.
- Conduct tire inspections and identify wear patterns or safety concerns.
- Respond to service calls and roadside tire repairs as needed.
- Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and clean condition.
- Complete service documentation accurately and timely.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Experience working with over-the-road truck tires required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- CDL preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
