POSITION TITLE: HS Pom Pom Sponsor
STIPEND: $1975.40
CONTRACT LENGTH: School Season
POSITION SUMMARY:
To work with Athletic Director and Principal in feeder district involved in pom pom and students in the high school program.
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Athletic Director/Principal
DUTIES:
To assist in providing challenging and enjoyable experiences for all team members. To contribute to the development and maintenance of school spirit within the school and a positive school image within the community. To contribute to the development of a positive self-image for the individual team members. To develop a high level of performance consistent with goals of the South Bend Community School Corporation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in intermediate/high school dance. Training in dance and/or familiarity with dance techniques. Ability to work well with students, the school staff and patrons. Skills in leadership and organization.
