Job Summary
Riley Decker Companies is seeking a System Administrator & Automation Specialist to
own and optimize the systems that power our recruiting, staffing, and client delivery
operations. This role sits at the center of our technology ecosystem. It ensures
platforms—especially Avionté, Sense,
integrations, workflows, reporting tools, and automation systems—are fully leveraged
and driving efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Platform Ownership
• Serve as an administrator for core staffing technology platforms, including
Avionté and Tracker
• Manage user access, configurations, permissions, and system settings
• Maintain system integrity and uptime while supporting platform upgrades,
releases, and ongoing enhancements to ensure alignment with operational
needs
Automation, Workflow Optimization & Sense
• Build and maintain automated workflows across core systems to improve
efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Own and optimize integrations between Avionté, Tracker, Sense, CRM tools,
reporting systems, and other platforms to ensure seamless data flow
• Manage the Sense platform, including automated candidate messaging,
engagement journeys, and lifecycle communications
• Identify inefficiencies and translate business needs into scalable automation
solutions
• Partner with teams to map end-to-end workflows and continuously improve
recruiting, sales, and operational processes
• Troubleshoot workflow and integration issues to ensure accurate and reliable
system performance
Data, Reporting & Insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems
• Develop performance tracking to support recruiting, sales, and operational
visibility
• Extract, clean, and organize data from multiple systems to support reporting and
decision-making
Qualifications Required
• Experience with Avionté, Tracker or similar staffing ATS/CRM systems
Strong understanding of workflow automation and system integrations
• Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system configuration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary (Exempt): $60,000-$65,000
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days per calendar year (January–December)
