Workers will assist in all phases of crop production across 6,500 acres of peanuts, cotton, corn, and soybeans. Duties include pre-planting soil prep, planting, crop maintenance, irrigation system setup and operation, invasive pest control, mechanical equipment operation (tractors, sprayers, combines, cotton pickers), and harvesting. Workers must follow supervisor instructions, maintain safety standards, and ensure timely task completion. Mechanical aptitude, prior farm experience, and the ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues are expected. Duties may involve lifting, exposure to extreme temperatures, and long hours during peak season.
